Orgafeed Private Limited made a slump purchase of M/s. Bharathi Feed mixing plant, a cattle feed plant based out of Kadapa district, Andhra Pradesh. Kadapa Plant Capacity is 2,400 tons per month and it is situated at Plot No.126 &127, Near IOC, IDA, Kadapa- 516004, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Kuppam plant capacity is 12,000 tons per month and it is situated at Sy. No. 259 & 260 Pogurupalli village, Gudupalli Mandal – 517426, Near Kuppam, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh, India. It commenced operations on 04 October 2023.

Lakeside Dairy Limited was incorporated on 15 July 2014 to acquire the business of Hillside Dairy & Agriculture Ltd. and to carry on with the business of Dairy and Agriculture. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dodla Holdings Pte Ltd, Singapore. The processing unit is located at Mbarara and the sales depot is in Kampala.
