Role & Responsibilities
- Basic travel time is 50 – 75% for this role.
- Candidate has to check the Quality of Market milk & Products by collecting samples personally at market
- Candidate should analyze how other competitors are maintaining standards in respective locations, routes etc.
- Candidate should check and how the cold chain maintenance is happening from Plant Dispatch to Retail level.
- Creating awareness on how important Cold chain maintenance to Dealers /Distributors/retailers and consumers is.
- Verify the Freezers running conditions and product placing and give trainings to them
- The ideal candidate should visit the market route wise to understand the market condition and as well as product handling and keeping.
- Attending market complaints and collaborating with plants for investigations.
- Verify the Vehicle condition for the Primary and secondary at end to end.
- Identify the good practices and implement across DDL.
- To Visit the markets to understand the handling of milk & milk products across the distribution’s channels
- Partner with sales & marketing, Production, Plant teams to develop a QMS Polices for distributions
- Educate, Train and Monitor the implementation of QMS Policies in the market
- To make reports periodically (Weekly/Monthly).
