Manager- IT INFRA

1. Responsible for taking care of complete IT Infrastructure Administration  which includes but not limited to :
  • ICM of Server Infrastructure (Hardware & Software)
  • ICM of Network Infrastructure
  • ISPs Management
  • Vendors Management
  • IT Asset & Information Security Management as per ISO 27001:2013 standard
  • Users/Customers Management
  • IT and Information Security Policies & Procedures implementation
  • Budgeting, Documentation & Reporting
  • Any other item as specified by the Head within the scope of IT Services and as per requirement of Organisation’s IT needs

2. Supports Head and oversee IT human resources management both at Corporate & Regions, viz.,

  • Team Operations Management
  • Performance Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Recruitments & Trainings

3. Responsible for Helpdesk performance as per SLAs

4. Resolve issues escalated by Sr.Executive – IT at Corporate Office

5. Instrumental & key player in execution of all IT Projects and Standards Compliances

6. Responsible for all IT regulatory and statutory compliances

7. Acts as 2nd Point of Contact (POC) for Management and 1st POC for Head for all IT Infrastructure related matters

8. Acts as bridge between Head and IT Team for smooth communication and functioning of all IT related activities

9. Acts as primary technical POC for Head and IT Team for all Operational issues and also IT POC for all other departments

10. Acts as POC for all Regions / Plants for any technical issues

11. Acts as Auditee in all internal & external audits

12. Responsible for performing preventive maintenance at server, network devices & desktop levels.

13. Responsible for taking up any R&D activity as directed by and discretion of Head

14. Assumes Roles & Responsibilities of Head, in his absence, subject to discretion of the Management.

15. Reports to Head – IT
