Role & responsibilities
- Verify employee attendance and leave records for accuracy before payroll.
- Process monthly payroll in a timely and error-free manner.
- Prepare and execute statutory payments (PF/ESI/TDS) as per compliance guidelines.
- Manage Full & Final (F&F) settlements accurately and within SLAs.
- Provide data for employee insurance additions and deletions.
- Maintain accurate payroll and employee records in HR systems.
Preferred candidate profile
Functional Skills:
- Basic working knowledge of HR related acts and statutory compliance.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to research and extract information from government/ regulatory websites.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
