Executive-Payroll

Role & responsibilities

  • Verify employee attendance and leave records for accuracy before payroll.
  • Process monthly payroll in a timely and error-free manner.
  • Prepare and execute statutory payments (PF/ESI/TDS) as per compliance guidelines.
  • Manage Full & Final (F&F) settlements accurately and within SLAs.
  • Provide data for employee insurance additions and deletions.
  • Maintain accurate payroll and employee records in HR systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Functional Skills:

  • Basic working knowledge of HR related acts and statutory compliance.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to research and extract information from government/ regulatory websites.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
